Personal data are individual details concerning the personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person, such as a name, address, telephone number or email address.
Hosting and technical access
This website is delivered via the platform of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you access it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested address and browser information in order to deliver the pages and protect the website against misuse and attacks. We do not analyse this data and do not keep our own access logs for this website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable provision). Cloudflare acts as a processor; processing in the USA cannot be ruled out and takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Files, images and scripts are delivered exclusively via this domain; no external font, analytics or advertising services are loaded.
Contact and transport enquiries
If you contact the operator separately using the published email address or telephone number, personal details such as your name, company address, telephone number or email address are collected only if you provide them voluntarily, particularly when making a contact or transport enquiry or placing and processing a transport order (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Our services are intended exclusively for companies, commercial operators, associations and public authorities.
When you submit the enquiry form on this website, your details – in particular route, cargo, dimensions, dates, an optionally requested return transport, company, email address and, optionally, contact person and telephone number – are transmitted in encrypted form together with any attached files to a server endpoint of this website at Cloudflare and forwarded from there directly to our Zammad ticket system. There, an enquiry ticket is created with your email address as the customer contact. After receipt, the ticket system automatically sends an acknowledgement of receipt to the email address provided. The website, the language version and the page from which you sent the enquiry are stored as well. We use this data to process your enquiry, for follow-up questions and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation and handle an order (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Mandatory fields are marked in the form; without them we cannot process the enquiry.
Attached files (up to 5 files, no more than 15 MB in total) are transmitted with your enquiry and stored as attachments of the ticket in Zammad. Please only attach documents that are required for the transport enquiry. To prevent enquiries from being created twice by mistake, the server endpoint stores for up to 48 hours only an irreversible check value (hash) of the enquiry together with the enquiry ID and transmission status, but no content. To prevent misuse, your IP address is briefly processed to limit the frequency of enquiries and is not stored permanently.
The Zammad ticket system is operated for us by Zammad GmbH, Marienstraße 18, 10117 Berlin, Germany, as a processor; it is also used to handle the published customer service mailbox and our replies to your enquiry. We store ticket data until the purpose of processing no longer applies and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations exist. Where required to perform an order, we transmit the necessary data to the carriers or transport service providers engaged; they are prohibited from using the data for any purpose other than performing the transport order. Your data is expressly not sold to third parties.

Data security
We endeavour to process and store personal data using technical and organisational measures so that it is not accessible to third parties. The website and the enquiry form are provided exclusively via a TLS-encrypted HTTPS connection; forwarding to Zammad is also encrypted. For an email sent separately or a telephone call, the technical conditions of the communication service used apply.
Scope and changes
This privacy policy applies to the VENUETEMPO website, its enquiry form and contacting the operator. It does not cover external websites linked from our site. The further development of our website or changed legal or regulatory requirements may make it necessary to amend this privacy policy.
