Plan your transport
Label related artwork in a clear sequence and record the largest packed format including edge protection. If the manufacturer has given storage or orientation notes, pass them on. If graphics are finished shortly before the event, keep print approval clearly separate from the actual collection date: an approved file is not yet a shipment ready for collection at the printer.
Straight from the printer to the stand
If graphics come straight from production, a single transport often links two collection points: the printer and the store with the rest of the stand material. Give the printer’s address, shipping contact and expected completion. We then clarify whether both parts travel together or separately to the venue and how the artwork is matched to its position on the stand.
Graphics for several events
Changeable graphics for roadshows or recurring shows are often swapped while frames and walls stay. Keep a list of which artwork applies to which event and which pieces go back to storage or to disposal afterwards. Only current graphics then travel, and the return quantity is clear.
What matters
- Show the artwork sequence on the packing list
- Measure the largest packed format
- Separate print approval from collection readiness
