Plan your transport
Give each bundle an identifier from the assembly plan and measure it including edge protection and protruding parts. Using these package details, the time the material is needed at the stand and the handover conditions, we check whether the requested arrangement works. If the wall travels in several stages or the configuration changes for the next event, the shipment can be adjusted precisely instead of starting from scratch each time.
From wall area to packing list
A stand with thirty metres of wall may consist of a few large bundles or of many small cartons – and transport only cares about the second view. Translate the assembly plan into groups: frames, infill or graphic panels, connectors and tool cases. For each group, the count, external dimensions and weight are enough. For systems you reuse, the list then only needs to be checked again before the next event.
When the configuration changes
Modular systems are put together differently for each event: as an inline stand, a corner stand or a smaller version for a roadshow stop. State which configuration applies this time and which modules stay in storage. That way only the material actually needed is moved, and the return can be requested with the right quantity.
What matters
- Count frames, infill panels and connectors separately
- Assign accessory cases to a wall section
- Measure bundles including protection
