Plan your transport
Record weight and external dimensions per carton type; paper is heavier than its volume suggests. The event title alone does not distinguish language versions – label cartons by language and area of use. If leftover material is to come back, decide who counts and reseals the remaining cartons after the event. The original print run is not a reliable basis for the return transport.
Straight from the printer or via your store
Printed material can go straight from the printer to the venue or first to you and then together with the rest of the material. Both routes are possible; what matters is the completion date, the shipping contact and how the printer palletises. Give us these details and we will clarify which route fits your schedule.
Giveaways and promotional items
Promotional items often come from a separate supplier, in their own cartons and with their own delivery address. List them as a separate material group with collection point and readiness. At the venue they can then be allocated specifically to the stand or reception area.
