Transporting modular exhibition walls: package sizes, not wall area
Modular exhibition walls do not travel as a finished wall but as frame bundles, infill panels, connectors and accessory cases. A suitable transport quotation therefore depends on the packed units: how many bundles there are, how large and heavy they are and which parts travel separately to the venue. On that basis we plan the route to the show, back to your store or on to the next event.

Unloading priorities: what has to reach the stand first?
Some packages are needed earlier in the build than others – the floor before the walls, the truss system before the lights, the tools before anything else. Mark such priorities directly on the packing list and state the reason. We can then agree loading order and unloading so that your team can start building without waiting.

Coordinating transport with the stand builder
Stand builder and exhibitor work on the same stand but often supply different material groups: structure, flooring and furniture from the stand builder’s workshop; exhibits, AV and printed matter from the exhibitor. Record which shipments come from whom, where they are collected and when they are ready. That produces a transport plan that fits the build.
