Plan your transport
Compare the build plan with both sides’ packing lists and watch for parts that other items depend on. Decide who brings accessories together and who answers discrepancies. If material is first gathered at the stand builder’s, give that collection point and the scope confirmed there. We can then check whether one combined transport or separate trips make more sense.
Travel together or separately?
A combined transport from the stand builder saves coordination on site, but requires the exhibitor’s material to be there in time. Separate trips allow different readiness dates but need two handovers at the stand. Describe both starting situations and we will propose the more suitable option.
Return to the stand builder
After the show, structure and rental furniture often go back to the stand builder, exhibits and AV to the exhibitor. Separate these groups on the packing list from the start. Both return destinations can then be planned in one collection without parts ending up with the wrong recipient.
What matters
- Distinguish material sources in the briefing
- Link dependent components
- Separate return destinations for builder and exhibitor
