Location and handover point
For collection in Hannover, use the actual packed inventory after its previous use. Identify missing, damaged or added parts separately. The Milan recipient confirms the quantity needed, priorities and goods receipt; a previous job or unchanged packing list does not replace that confirmation.
Planning example for this task
Compare the inventory at dismantling with the next venue’s needs. Mark each item for onward movement, return or remaining on site, with a recipient and readiness time for each part.
Connect two confirmed readiness states
Record collection and destination with separate contacts. The earliest collection time starts after agreed preparation and release; at the destination use the confirmed receiving window. Specify any storage need or changed quantity separately.
What matters
- Confirm the actual goods entrance
- Record contact and handover scope for each site
- Record material by stage and part shipment
- Assign a setup team and handover phase
- Release onward movement and partial return separately
If a handover point is an event venue
If stand materials from Hanover will be reused in Milan, compare the packing list after dismantling with the next setup requirements. Add repairs, missing components and additional goods. The enquiry needs both venue addresses and contacts able to confirm release at origin and receiving at destination.
Sources and their scope
Sources describe countries or individual locations. They do not confirm a transport service or an available date. Access and execution must be agreed for the actual job.
The 2026 regulations assign loading and on-site forwarding to authorised exhibition forwarders; Deutsche Messe itself does not accept consignments.
