Plan your transport
Check whether units are repacked, topped up or swapped between assignments. State which material travels on throughout and which stays at the first location or goes back. For the destination we need current receiving details, even if you have been there before. Both project teams should know the same list of units travelling on.
The window between two events
What matters is the time between readiness at the first venue and the latest delivery time at the second. If it is tight, it pays to check both organisers’ delivery windows early and clarify whether an interim stop is needed. If there is more time, we clarify with you whether the material travels straight on or returns to the store in between.
What is swapped in between
Between two events, graphics, exhibits or consumables are often swapped. If additional material comes from the store, that is a second collection point. Mention such additions so that we can plan them into the run or suggest a separate transport.
What matters
- State readiness after the first dismantling
- Select explicitly which units travel on
- Confirm the delivery window at the second venue
