Plan your transport

Mark core kit that travels the whole tour and local additions needed only at one stop. Note dismantling, re-preparation and the next delivery separately. If the material is checked, cleaned or topped up between two dates, give the location where that happens. For each stage we agree readiness and reception with the people responsible there.

The tour plan as a basis

A tour plan with stop, build day, event day, dismantling day and next destination is the best basis for a roadshow request. For each stop, add venue, contact and particulars such as a city-centre location or loading bay. That shows how much time there is between stops and whether material can travel straight on.

What happens between stops

Not every stop follows the next seamlessly. If there are days in between, the material can briefly return to the store or be kept by your team until the next stop. Which option is possible and sensible depends on distance, quantity and cost. Tell us about the gaps in the tour plan and we will show you the options.

What matters

  • Mark core kit that travels on
  • Record local additions per stop
  • State gaps and in-between locations in the tour plan
