Plan your transport
Give specific times at both ends and note which local time they refer to. The contact at the venue can contribute access information; also name who provides project documents and coordinates open questions. Based on these details we discuss the specific route and its requirements before an arrangement is agreed.
Within the EU and beyond
Within the EU single market, goods in free circulation travel without customs formalities. If the route leads to a country outside the EU – such as Switzerland, Norway or the United Kingdom – the question of export and temporary admission arises for exhibition goods. An ATA Carnet, issued in many countries through chambers of commerce, is often an option.
Clarify document questions early
Whether an ATA Carnet or another customs procedure suits your shipment is best clarified early with your customs department, chamber of commerce or a customs broker. Tell us the outcome and the intended documents in your request. We then plan time buffers at the border and agree when and where the documents must be available.
What matters
- Give country, full address and local time
- Keep IDs identical in all language versions
- Clarify document needs early for non-EU destinations
