Link registration data to the right event and the planned date. If your project contact receives documents from the organiser, they should pass on updates immediately. Also describe the route from the registration point to reception, as far as it is confirmed. Access and handover can then be planned together without mixing both steps into a single location.
Who applies for vehicle access?
At many shows the exhibitor or its stand builder applies for vehicle access through the service portal and receives reference numbers or tickets. Clarify who is responsible in your project and forward the documents to us. Without a valid reference, entry can be delayed.
Holding areas and slots
Larger venues manage delivery traffic through holding areas or fixed slots. If your organiser works this way, tell us the booked window and the meeting point. We align the approach and schedule accordingly and take known procedures into account in the quotation.
