Plan your transport
Clarify whether the new recipient takes the same packed units or needs a different make-up. Assign the crates clearly to the new destination and check its receiving hours. If only part goes elsewhere, separate the groups visibly. Several routes from the same event can then be planned separately and quoted together.
One event, several return destinations
After an event, two or three return routes often leave at once: equipment to the store, exhibits to the showroom, leftover material to a branch. Describe each group with its destination and contact. We check whether a combined run with several stops or separate trips fits better.
Recipients without goods-in
Showrooms, offices or customer sites often have no established goods reception. Clarify who receives there, whether there is a ramp or level access and at what times delivery is possible. This information prevents the return delivery from standing in front of a locked door.

- Record the new destination with receiving contact
