Plan your transport

Check the return list against the store allocation so that reusable stand parts go back to their place. State whether leftover material was packed separately from equipment. If store access has changed, use current details rather than earlier delivery data. The return then becomes a clearly described transport of its own with two handovers – and your material is quickly ready for use again.

Store receiving hours

Many stores only receive at certain times, some not at weekends. If dismantling ends on Friday evening, it may make sense for the return to reach the store only on Monday. Give the receiving hours and whether delivery outside them is possible. We then plan collection and delivery accordingly.

The return as the start of the next rotation

For companies with many events, the return to the store is often just a stopover. When reporting back, note which parts need servicing or replacing and when the next assignment is due. The next request can then be made faster and with a reliable packing list.
