Plan your transport
Distinguish shared equipment from material that stays assigned to one room. State who receives each group and when they should be available there. For the return, decide whether everything is gathered centrally or individual teams prepare their material separately. This turns a multi-layered conference into a clearly plannable transport.
Product stations with demo units
Dealer conferences rely on product stations where equipment is shown and explained. This equipment often has its own requirements for packaging, accessories and location. List each station as its own group with unit, accessories and presentation material. Stations that travel on to dealers after the conference can then be separated cleanly.
Conferences in changing locations
Many companies hold dealer conferences regionally in several places. It is then worth treating the material as a recurring set, with a fixed packing list and additions per location. Give us the dates so that we can plan the trips between locations or back to the store as a whole.
