Plan your transport

Record reusable fixtures, graphics and loose equipment as separate groups. Clarify with the site contact where and when the packed units are accepted – centres and buildings often have fixed delivery times outside opening hours. It also matters when the material will be packed and ready again after dismantling. The return trip is based on that readiness, not just on the last opening day.

Delivery rules in centres and buildings

Shopping centres, stations and office buildings usually handle deliveries through centre or facility management: service yard, goods lift, time slots before opening, sometimes registration with the vehicle number. Ask about these rules early and pass them on. They determine the vehicle, the time and how the handover works.

Run time with replenishment

If a brand space runs for weeks, additional deliveries sometimes follow: stock, replacement graphics or new exhibits. If this is foreseeable, state the rhythm and approximate quantities. Set-up, replenishment and dismantling can then be planned as one connected project.

What matters

  • Describe material access and building delivery rules
  • Separate run time, set-up and dismantling dates
  • Confirm packed readiness after dismantling
