Plan your transport
Agree on common labelling that remains understandable after dismantling. A central coordinator bundles the information while each company confirms quantities and packaging for its own material. Separate destinations are particularly important for the return: a joint delivery says nothing about which goods later travel back together or to different places.
Consolidating before the show
The material of all co-exhibitors is often gathered in one place beforehand, for example at the stand builder’s or the organiser of the shared stand. That simplifies delivery but requires fixed drop-off dates for each exhibitor. Give us the consolidation point, acceptance period and contact, and we will plan the trip to the show on that basis.
Returns to several addresses
On the return, routes often diverge: each exhibitor wants its material back at its own site. Assign a return destination to every package and give the addresses with a contact. We then check whether a collective run or separate return shipments make more sense.
What matters
- Assign a company to each package
- Agree a common labelling system
- Record return destinations per exhibitor
