Plan your transport
Additionally label identical-looking crates and cases with the project reference. Check whether shared equipment is actually available for both dates or has to be reassigned internally. Changes to one event should only affect its own shipment. That keeps it clear which list has been updated and which transports continue unchanged.
Bottlenecks with shared equipment
If two events want the same counter, screens or lighting, a bottleneck arises. Check early whether material exists twice or must travel directly from one event to the other. In the second case we plan the route as an event-to-event transport with the dismantling and build times of both locations.
One request or several?
Parallel events can be in one joint request as long as each shipment is described independently: its own collection point, destination, packing list and contact. That makes planning easier for us, and you receive a quotation that shows each route clearly.
What matters
- Carry the event ID on every list and crate
- Allocate shared equipment internally
- Assign changes to the right event
