Plan your transport
Distinguish fully packed material from units that go back into internal use in the meantime. Clarify which packaging stays and whether contents will change before the new date. The new request needs updated dates, collection points and quantities. We then check how outbound, return or onward transport can be fitted to the new schedule.
What happens to material already loaded
If the material is already on its way or at the venue when an event is cancelled at short notice, there are several routes: back to the store, to another location or an interim solution until the new date. Tell us which option you prefer and what has to be settled by when. We then agree the appropriate arrangement with you.
Keeping follow-on dates in view
A postponement can affect other assignments if the same equipment is scheduled. Check your event calendar for overlaps. Especially with rotations that have little buffer, it is important to spot conflicts early and replan material if necessary.
