Plan your transport
Alongside the stand number, give the exhibitor name under which the space is registered with the organiser; brand and company name often differ. That makes on-site queries easier. After a change, carry the new reference into all active documents and mark old plans as outdated. Also label the packages themselves with hall and stand.
Labelling on the package
At large exhibition centres, clearly legible labelling on each package helps: show, hall, stand, exhibitor, package number. It is the safeguard if delivery notes get separated or several shipments arrive at once. Use the same spelling as in the request.
When the stand moves
Stand spaces are sometimes swapped or renumbered shortly before the show. Report a change with the old and new details and ask for confirmation. Packages already labelled should also be updated so that driver and receiving team do not look for the old space.
